I love watching Korean dramas and doing outdoor activities with my kids during my free time.
I had intensive experience in a call center industry being a Customer Service Representative, handling calls, emails, chats and escalations.
My most recent job was in a Skincare Company, where I am an email and Chat Specialist, handling various customers inquiries, order status checking, assisting on processing refunds, promo codes, troubleshooting and upsell.
I was also a former Escalations Supervisor, I handled specialized issues of customers via calls or chats such as investigating fraudulent activities on their account, unauthorized using of their account, promo codes, upsell, food safety issues, processing or refunds or credits and if simply the customer wanted to escalate the issue with a supervisor.
I was also a former Lead Generation Specialist, where in I do outbound calls, prospecting, sending business emails or whitepaper to the decision maker of the company.
