Throughout my career, I have successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams, led numerous training sessions, and facilitated smooth transitions for clients, all while ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
As I’ve grown professionally, I’ve realized that my passion lies in leveraging my organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills to drive efficiencies behind the scenes. I am now eager to transition into a non-client-facing role, where I can focus more on internal processes, data analysis, and operational improvements. My experience in client interactions has honed my ability to communicate effectively, collaborate across departments, and remain detail-oriented—all qualities that will serve me well as I shift toward supporting operational excellence in a more behind-the-scenes capacity.
