A quick introduction about myself, my name is Quennie Amorado currently working as a Customer Service Supervisor in an e-commerce company with a vision of providing excellent customer service in multiple channels (Phone, Emails, Live Chat & Social Media.)
I am originally from Philippines, I have been working in Customer Service for more than 10 years now and I spent the 9 years and worked in Dubai United Arab Emirates. I recently got married and moved to my husband in Hungary, I am available and open for Customer Service work from home position.
Being able to work directly with different nationalities and cultures makes me efficient in my job by having a wide knowledge and deep understanding of customers behaviors. I am experienced in supporting customers via phone, email and live chat ensuring each interaction will leave a memorable experience.
