Dear Client,

I have 16 years of experience on enterprise products having worked in various roles: developer, architect, business analyst, product manager and product owner. I have worked with/for Deloitte, HP, Yahoo, GlaxoSmithKline, GE, etc. to name a few of my prestigious clients. I have been working as a product manager/owner for more than 4 years for my current client. I offer Product Management and Product Development services to Fortune 1000 clients as well as startups.

I have built 2 android apps and 1 iOS app from scratch. 

Also have worked on enhancements for 1 existing android and 1 iOS app. 

I have also handled 2 additional web based products.

I work across building roadmap, prioritizing requirements, building user flow, customer need analysis, wireframe, coordinating with design team, planning and running Sprints with development team, user adoption, measurement and analysis of usage to improve the feature further. I take complete ownership of product once we agree on a high level goal that needs to be achieved.

I am goal driven. While we can add lot of features in any product, that may not necessarily help the business and I actively identify if we are taking that route and suggest what else to be done. I do not believe in over-optimization, tweaks done to same feature over time deliver less and less additional results. I believe in revisiting the ways of working and solving a unidentified issue or known pattern to build drastic traction or improvements.

I use draw.io for wireframing, pivotal tracker for sprint management. I am a people person, I regularly interact with my target users to understand how they use a feature to get qualitative feedback. I take quantitative feedback from Google Analytics or other reporting tools (currently using QlikView). 

I have a separate room at my residence for office work: power backup, fast internet, MacBook Pro, Speakers/Mic, office table and furniture, etc. to avoid any hindrances in work.
