Work Experience: Present work: Working as process specialist in ReAmped for chat support. ( 2020Oct - Till date) Help customer in signup, account activation, Sales, manage account, raise request and tickets. Contact customer via email and update about the process and on their tickets TECH MAHINDRA: Worked as a Technical Support- Associate since 25th May 2017. Worked as a Technical Support Associate for ADSL FOH dept. the first 8 months. Basic duties as an FOH agent were to address ADSL internet faults of consumer and also look into account/ email related issues of the consumer. Few months into being an ADSL tester, was moved into the support role based on the performance and good knowledge in the process. Based on the consistent scores in FOH, was interviewed and selected for BOH (ADSL testing). Was basically trained on testing and diagnosing the ADSL connections of faults. Basic role in the back of house dept. was to test the connection and to diagnose and either resolve the fault or send out a technician. Later was given a chance to move to Chat process as a blended agent to handle FOH, BOH and Cable processes.
