Priscilla Osei Bonsu

I’m Priscilla Osei Bonsu, a dedicated and empathetic individual with a strong background in customer service and digital support. I hold a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Ghana and have over three years of experience managing clients in my family’s building materials business. This hands-on experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and solve problems efficiently.

I completed my national service at 37 Military Hospital in the pathology division, where I handled sensitive records and supported both patients and professionals. I learned the importance of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

I’m tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Zoom, Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, WhatsApp, and email. I enjoy working remotely and staying organized across different tasks, whether it’s answering inquiries, managing schedules, or providing smooth customer experiences.
