I've worked in the BPO industry for the last 6 years and am well experienced with Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support and Retention roles. I've always been commended for providing quality service. I take pride on that because I understand how important customer experience is in keeping a customer's loyalty. Aside from my great organizational sill I also have great listening skills which was what I used in the short stint I got as a transcriptionist. I also have an experience working as a Virtual Assistant for a broker in the logistics industry. I am responsible for managing e-mails, responding to clients in a timely manner, making follow ups through call if needed and keeping track of all requests through an excel file.
