Highly-resourceful is a skill that I always place before me. There is something that satiates me when I make things work. This is truein my work experiences as an on-line English tutor for 3 years, I had to always come up with new ideas to engage students and make them see the importance why learning English language can help their career to become successful. As customer support representative for 3 years I had to deal with complaints and problems but making sure to deliver a solution by the end of every call. While as an HR Administrative assistant for 4 years( 2 years in employee relations and 2 years in director's office) is the most extensive of all, I was both communicating effectively and serving the employees to staff level, managers, directors and CEO if needed.To summarize, these all involved prioritization, multitasking, tracking documents and clerical support but most of all serving tirelessly as needed even when not asked.
