Prince Ross

I am Prince Ross Martin Gabas, 29 years old and a College Graduate with a degree in Bachelor in Science in Information Technology. When I was still a graduating student I already have ventured myself to land a job in the online work industry. My passion has always been to be a Virtual Assistant because I believe with this role I can learn all of the prospect skills from being a Customer Service to being an Executive Assistant. I got my first job @Weehoo, it is a U.S based e-commerce company and my career then started when I landed my first online job. I started as a customer service representative (e-mails & call) and from there I manage to learn the basic foundation of the company's operation system. I then learned how to fulfill orders to our system while maintaining customer service support. Two months later, I was already the one who processes the orders through google sheets and passing it to our 3rd party warehouse @OurlandOutdoor while maintaining order fulfillment and customer support management. Later on, I was involved in the analyzing with website's improvement designs monitoring for bugs and errors and editing it on SquareSpace's back-end system. Few months later while maintaining the roles that I have learned and handled, I was introduced with the company's marketing campaigns through HubSpot, searching for prospect retailers and possible distributors from 7 different countries. I also was introduced and learned Digital Marketing through Google analytics and Facebook Ads, mostly finding the most used keywords to use on our ads according to the analytics for us to be on top of the Search Engine on both Google and Facebook.

I have learned so many roles and skills and I want to accumulate it to a new system and venture a new company that I can learn new systems with.
