In my previous role as a Project Coordinator at The Research House, I successfully managed on implementing strategies that improved customer retention scores 60%. My ability to analyse customer data and understand the customer needs allowed me to identify key areas for improvement and develop targeted initiatives that enhanced the overall customer experience.

Overall, I have years of customer and business skills experience skills as I have worked as a Business Development Representative dealing with Business-to-Business sales and Administration Officer as a dealt with individuals directly in assisting them with their accounts and services I will articulately convey any message to them under any circumstance but in verbal and written information.

I have also gained valuable experience as an Information Manager where I was involved in numerous tasks such as making sure all departments (17 business areas) get the necessary information management mandated training whilst performing induction and hr duties, having meeting with the business units leaders to explain the upcoming tasks by the use of project management tools such as JIRA, making sure data protection act 2018 and its law and procedures are being carried through within the whole directorate, and travelling to various business unit location in the UK such as Scotland, London and Portsmouth to ensure Information Management were being followed I believe this transferable skill will be needed in such reputable company as yours.

I have also gained and participated in a 6-week course of product management despite working with scrum masters and product owners on a daily basis and using product management tools such as JIRA to work with the relevant task provided by the team. I have learnt the needs of understanding the markets and also creating a strategic roadmap as this will be beneficial to your company.
