I’m a customer support professional with over four years of experience working in fintech and healthcare. Most of my career has been in fast-paced environments where customers need clear answers, quick solutions, and someone who actually listens. That’s something I take seriously.

In my previous roles, I handled account-related inquiries, compliance issues, onboarding processes, and general support across live chat, email, and calls. Working in fintech taught me how important accuracy and confidentiality are, especially when dealing with KYC and sensitive account matters. In healthcare, I supported both doctors and patients using a telemedicine platform, helping them navigate the system and resolve issues smoothly. Both experiences strengthened my communication skills and attention to detail.

I’m comfortable using CRM tools like Zendesk and Salesforce, and I’m used to managing multiple conversations at once without losing focus. During busy periods or promotions, I’ve handled high volumes of inquiries while still maintaining response time and service quality. I stay organized, calm under pressure, and focused on finding solutions.

Beyond support, I naturally take initiative. If I notice a recurring issue, I try to understand the root cause instead of just fixing it temporarily. I’m also open to learning new systems quickly, which has helped me adapt well in remote work environments.

What really drives me is making sure customers feel heard and supported. I believe good support isn’t just about answering questions, it’s about creating a smooth experience and representing the company in a positive way.
