Reviewing a spreadsheet or process for FREE - If you have a sheet that's a problem, or if you have a process that involves multiple systems and its very involved and cumbersome to manage, I can look it over to find opportunities for improvement. If you have a sheet that is complex and you aren't sure how it works, I can explain it and let you know if everything is working properly.

Repair - If your sheet won't open, opens incredibly slow, crashes often, or there's errors everywhere and you just need it to work again, I can get it running. I'll also make changes to prevent the problem going forward.

Optimize data entry - If your sheet needs data to be entered manually, I can get the process fully or at least partially automated. If there is any data that must be entered manually, I can improve sheet layout, add data validation, and sheet protection to prevent errors and increase the speed data can be entered.

Optimize report - If your sheet doesn't handle change very well or the information isn't in the right format for you to take action directly, I can make your sheet more dynamic. I can add different automatic views and layouts that are directly useful, like a tab that generates an order list that can be directly uploaded into a vendor's website or that could be emailed to a vendor to place an order for example.

System re-design - Sometimes its better to start from scratch. I can build a custom set of spreadsheets that can do anything you need, complete with instructions on how to use them, documentation to explain in detail how every piece of those sheets works, and one on one training with me. I will make sure the sheets are easy to use for anyone and I'll work closely with you gathering requirements and requests for features to ensure the final product is something you'll love.
