Increase the customer’s experience by providing information on new products , rate plans, and services through up selling opportunities. Provided effective and timely resolution to accounts on diversified products inquiries. Solve challenging situation according to the company’s guidelines and policies. Then I became a part ICT marketing services as a Market reseracher where in I attended more than 60-70 phone calls per day to conduct survey over the phone. Prepare reports. Performed date entry documenting customer answers with 100% accuracy . Must maintain accurate responses from the customer to come up with a bias free questionnaire. Also I bacame a Inventory Management - Senior Specialist I for JP Morgan Chase Bank where in I
demonstrated best judgments in the disbursement of adjustments and credits for the claim / dispute filed. Processed customer’s credits and debits , and monitoring Fraud activities on the acct to prevent Bank’s losses. Solve challenging situations according to the company’s denial guidelines and policies. Worked on both Debit card fraud and Debit card non fraud scenarios.
