At present i am working as Head of Operations in Montessori Kinderworld. My role in the organization is to look after the overall operation of 6 branches of Montessori comprising of 80+ staff and 450+ students. Before that i worked with iCapital Pvt. Ltd., an investment company as an HR Officer and hired to look after HR of four companies, namely; Kaffeine (chain of coffee shop), Nepali Paisa (Media), Source Code (IT company) and iCapital. Being the only HR personel in the organization I looked after its complete HR system.

I also worked with NIC ASIA Bank, an “A” class commercial bank in Nepal. My main portfolio was to look after the training, development and engagement of the employees of 1000+ employees. I was also responsible for organizing various events for staff engagement, distribution of gifts etc.My second priority was external recruitment. I was responsible for the entire external recruitment of the bank.

I have a year of moderate experience with Barclays Bank in Delhi where I was responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving their issues. I have also held the position of Customer Service Agent for EXL services for ten months, a year at MetLife and further seven months at Phoenix in Kolkatta, India. Later returning to my hometown in Kalimpong, I joined SOFCEAS, where I was Human Resource and Administration Manager. Through my years of office works in various organizations, including Barclays and SOFCEAS, I have experience in number of positions such as Process Advisor, Case Manager, these positions have afforded me the opportunity to develop my interpersonal skills to such an extent that I can work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds. I thrive on opportunities not only to improve and expand my skills, but also to enhance the capabilities of my colleagues through skill sharing.
