My name is Precious Mbanefo, and I'm a Virtual Assistant with over 4 years of experience supporting organizations and executives in fully remote environments. I specialize in administrative support, email and inbox management, appointment scheduling, and CRM documentation, and I take genuine pride in being the person behind the scenes who keeps everything running smoothly.

My journey into virtual assistance started at Boldspace Coworking Hub, where I got my first real taste of what it means to be the operational backbone of a busy team. I handled front-line communication, managed bookings, and kept records organized, and I quickly realized this was work I was not only good at, but truly enjoyed. That experience laid the foundation for everything that followed.

From there, I went on to support two tech companies remotely - MaxWryte Technologies and BoldSwitch Software Development, where I worked with sales and operations teams in fast-paced environments that demanded accuracy, speed, and strong communication. I managed inbound and outbound client communication, tracked customer records in CRM systems, followed up on pending requests, and made sure no detail was overlooked. Working in tech taught me the value of systems, efficiency, and being proactive rather than reactive.

What sets me apart isn't just the experience, it's the mindset I bring to the work. I understand that when an executive hands off their inbox or calendar to someone, they're placing a lot of trust in that person. I don't take that lightly. I show up prepared, communicate clearly, and always look for ways to improve the processes I'm working within. I'm not just here to complete tasks. I'm here to make your operations genuinely better.

I hold a Virtual Assistant certification from ALX and a Customer Service Skills certification from Alison Academy, and I'm always looking for opportunities to sharpen my skills and grow alongside the clients I serve. I believe feedback is a gift, and I welcome it as part of doing my best work.
