I currently work for The Spotify Project at Concentrix as Podcaster Support Specialist. I make sure to acknowledge and resolve creator concerns in a timely and efficient manner. I'm also tasked with peer to peer coaching with my team mates in order to hone my auditing and leadership skills.
Before this, I was also a customer support specialist for the same account where I made sure that the experience of Spotify's customers are as smooth as possible. I answered questions and provided knowledge in order for the customers to fully enjoy Spotify.
Prior to Spotify, I also have about 10 years of experience handling customer service for different companies. I've dabbled in tech support, calls, email, chat, and administrative endeavors.
