I started off my career at Mediatrix Diagnostic as a Customer Service Representative where I carried out some administrative and customer service role from September 2018- September 2021.
I presently work at Spectrum Microfinance Bank as a Customer Service Officer from October 2021 till date.
I have great skills on Zendesk, Microsoft office suite, Google workspace, Google email and calendar management.
