Prasanna, a passionate goal driven and result oriented people manager with 12 plus years of experience in the financial services industry is known for her ability to connect and drive performance and people excellence.

In her role as training manager for 6.5 years, she designed, developed and driven process training function by establishing and collaborating best practices with stake holders across global offices. Created a strong base in methodologies, learning tools and trainer resources for 20 plus data sets at FactSet, one of the fortune 500 cos. She traveled to Philippines for setting up the training team across locations. She is a certified Train the Trainer - Basic and Advanced from renowned training institutions.

As an Operations Manager at FactSet for about two years, she handled Fixed Income portfolios in the Capital Structure and Transactions side where the team size spanned up to 150 members. Direct and matrix management of 9 Team Leaders, 7 Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts and Production team members has helped her gain a strong grip in working with multifaceted jobs and multinational stake holders. She gained exposure and expertise in process transitioning, metrics management and improving cross training potential for operational excellence. Attended and mentored Six Sigma projects for process excellence.

Prasanna worked with Senior Leadership team in designing and spearheading various employee developmental programs across job roles like the new employee orientation program, the Management Trainee program for professional hired from B-Schools, Leadership workshops for grooming internal talent. She led fun filled activities and organized events at department and organization level.
