In Amazon Development Centre India Pvt. Ltd., worked as Customer Support Executive from Sep 2018 – Jan 2019. Delivered phone and email support for Amazon.com and .in, processed returns/refunds, resolved order issues, collaborated with internal teams, and maintained service quality in a high-volume environment using CRM and ticketing tools.

I started my career at First Source Solutions (Feb 2009–Dec 2010) as a Customer Support Executive, resolving telecom issues, billing queries, and handling escalations in a high-volume environment and promoted as Sr. Customer Support Executive.
