I’m a Sales & Customer Success Leader with 15+ years of experience helping organizations grow their global capability centers (GCCs) and enterprise accounts. Over the years, I’ve worked across business development, channel sales, and customer success, always focusing on building trusted relationships, driving revenue growth, and enabling digital transformation.

In my current role as Sr. Manager – Customer Success at JoulestoWatts, I drive double-digit growth by expanding high-value GCC accounts, closing new logos, and aligning RPA, AI, Cloud, and Automation solutions with client objectives. I also work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success.

Previously, at Integra Micro Software Systems, I managed key GCC accounts, built OEM partnerships, and integrated AI-driven solutions to unlock new revenue streams while consistently achieving 80–135% of my targets. At Simplifai, I built cross-border partnerships in the APAC market, onboarding global system integrators and improving ARR through better sales forecasting.

Earlier in my career at UiPath, I was responsible for channel sales – onboarding and enabling system integrators, executing go-to-market strategies, and contributing to revenue growth with consistent overachievement of targets. Before that, at Hexaware, Brillio, and Technosoft, I built my foundation in business development, consultative selling, and lead generation across India and EU markets.
