I'm an expert in managing eCommerce, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain related tasks.

I have been working as a Freelancer since 2013 and looking after the “Customer Service, Admin & Supply Chain” functions of eCommerce Stores. I am an expert in managing various activities of eCommerce stores.

At present, I’m serving “The Coldest Water” as the “Head of Customer Service and Supply Chain”. It’s a Florida, USA-based company. Here, I’m looking after all the regular activities of “procurement & logistics” and also providing Customer Service with the help of team members. I’m also responsible for “Defining KPIs and monitoring those”, “Writing working SOP” And Managing activities of Amazon Seller Central.

On the whole, I’m capable of handling “A to Z” activities of “Customer Service & Supply Chain” functions. For example:

>> Taking care of dissatisfied Customers.

>> Writing SOPs for various tasks & sharing those with the team members to follow.

>> Handling “Negative/Neutral” feedbacks in various online marketplaces.

>> Listings products in various marketplaces.

>> Handling activities of Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Walmart, Alibaba, AliExpress, etc.

>> Product sourcing, Order placing, Data entry.

>> Handling Emails – to keep Inbox updated.

>> Managing & maintaining daily Calendar of the CEO.

>> Managing HR related activities e.g. Posting Ad, Screening, Interviewing, On-Boarding etc.

>> Finalizing “Cost of products” through “detailed cost modeling”

>> Developing “new but cost-effective” sources of supplies

>> Managing Logistics activates, Tracking the movement of the consignments in transit, etc.  

>> Managing Accounts of the vendors

>> Managing Dropshipping & FBA Shipments

>> Analyzing data and finding out an area that needs improvement.

Throughout my professional career, I have developed my skills as a team player. In my professional career, I have had the opportunity to lead and contribute to several different team projects. I believe that my administrative and management abilities helped me to be a versatile and well-rounded team member.

In addition to the above tasks, I am capable of handling and adding value to Accounting and Bookkeeping being a post-graduate in Accounting.

I am self-motivated and capable of completing multi-tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision.
