Crimson Rise is a comprehensive skills development and profile-building program tailored for
students aged 11-14. It's designed to equip them with the necessary abilities and experiences to
thrive in high school, university, and beyond.
My area of work included the below-mentioned points and more catering to two markets – the USA &

1. Contacting leads - Engaging with parents/leads and arranging in-person meetings via Zoom
calls.
2. Student Guidance: Providing guidance and support to students in their academic journey,
helping them set and achieve educational goals.
3. Educational Planning: Assisting students in selecting appropriate courses, extracurricular
activities, and educational pathways based on their interests, abilities, and future aspirations.
4. Personalized Support: Offering personalized support and mentorship to students to help
them overcome academic challenges, improve study skills, and develop effective learning
strategies.
5. Career Exploration: Providing guidance and resources to help students explore potential
career paths, develop career readiness skills, and make informed decisions about their
future education and career goals.
