I’ve gained over 3 years of work experience in diverse functions including Sales, Operations, Market Research, Innovation Consulting using Human-centered Design, Brand Management, Content Creation and freelance Career Consulting across the Not-For-Profit, Commercial, and Start-up sectors. 

**A quick overview of my diverse experiences and skills: **

  1. I started my professional journey at India’s largest e-commerce company, Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd., where I was responsible for researching about products across various product categories, defining their specifications, and uploading them on Flipkart’s portal. Product research was a key skill in this role. 
  2. After moving from India to Kuwait, I managed room sales for B2B clients at the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Hotels. I served over 60 business clients by using strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills to close business deals. 
  3. I successfully completed Master of Marketing and Master of Professional Accounting from UNSW, and in the interim undertook internships, part-time, and casual roles. 
  • For the Fintech hub, Stone & Chalk, I presented strategies for better community engagement using ideation and ethnographic techniques.
  • At Fusion Learning Ltd., a global brand consultancy, I assisted the team with primary and secondary market research on messaging, claims, and social media marketing of several local Australian brands.
  • I gained sales and operations skills during my tenure at Uber Sydney, where I provided in-person support to driver-partners.
  • Finally, as a Marketing contractor at Ingram Micro, I’ve assisted the team in organizing training events, sourced merchandise for Ingram’s vendors, created and uploaded banners, drafted content for press release, and updated data to be deployed in a marketing automation software.
