Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with founders, C-level executives and fast-paced teams to help drive efficiency, streamline workflows and enable strategic growth. My journey began in grassroots roles, where I learned the fundamentals of business building from the ground up eventually co-founding a startup and leading cross-functional teams through multiple product and growth cycles. From setting up operations and recruiting initial team members, to coordinating high-stakes meetings, financial planning and overseeing product launch timelines, I’ve had the opportunity to wear multiple hats and learn across disciplines.

Over the years, I’ve honed my ability to support busy executives by proactively managing calendars, communications, travel and team coordination. I’ve assisted in organizing large-scale events, preparing reports and presentations and ensuring follow-through on key initiatives often working remotely and across multiple time zones. My experience has equipped me to anticipate needs before they arise, keep moving parts aligned and bring order to complex, fast-moving environments.

Skilled in both people management and behind-the-scenes execution, I excel at aligning operational workflows with broader business objectives. I am especially strong in managing systems, tools and processes regularly working with platforms like Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, Slack, Zoom, ClickUp and CRMs to keep projects on track and teams well-supported. I believe that efficiency comes not only from doing things fast, but from doing them with clarity and intent.
