With an educational qualification in social work, over the years my professional experience was in providing quality services to clients. I used my effective communication skills previously to help expand business by educating them on the services the organisation provided. I have diverse experience working in the healthcare as well as education sector even at a global level.This has given me different perspectives on how to handle problem solving by coming up with effective strategies that would benefit both the client and the organisation.I have a passion for educating people on products to give them a better understanding of its uses and in my previous work I used those marketing skills to help bring the flow of clients back into business. In my understanding mostly people refuse to avail services due to ignorance or lack of knowledge.For any business to flourish there should be an exchange of communication between the service provider and client. My effective communication skills and the ability to convince the client and communicate with clarity has served as a boon in my previous organisations.I like to be organised and try to manage time effectively by planning out a schedule for the day.I am friendly, empathetic and an understanding person by nature and so that gives me a upper hand in winning peoples trust and confidence to deal with their problems by providing effective solutions.

I like to keep myself updated with the improvement in technology and am open to learning new skill sets that would help me get work done as per the job requirement.I am a fast learner and am open to feedback which I feel will help me to climb up the ladder as a professional in terms of growing personally as well.I love to work hand in hand with a team and am very approachable and love to get work done in the most satisfying manner.
