With over seven years of professional experience spanning accounting, customer success, client servicing, and data management, I bring a well-rounded and adaptable skill set to the table. I began my career as an accountant, where I developed a strong understanding of financial systems, reconciliations, and reporting processes. This foundational experience sharpened my attention to detail, discipline, and analytical thinking—qualities that continue to support my performance in every role I’ve held since.

Driven by a desire to grow beyond backend finance and interact more dynamically with people, I transitioned into the customer-facing side of international BPOs and multinational corporations. In these roles, I served as a Customer Success Specialist and Client Servicing Executive, managing relationships with clients from various regions and industries. My responsibilities included onboarding new clients, handling escalations, understanding client needs, and ensuring smooth, ongoing support throughout their journey. These experiences strengthened my communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and emotional intelligence—making me a reliable point of contact and a trusted representative of the company.

In addition to customer-focused responsibilities, I have also been deeply involved in data-driven tasks such as maintaining databases, preparing reports, and managing internal tracking systems. I’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of data used for strategic decision-making, operational improvements, and performance analysis.
