I've been in customer service for most of my career. However, I recently worked as a business assistant for a digital ads company and I did mostly back-office work so I wasn't customer-facing for this. I handled their CRM, collected leads and did a lot of research for the CEO. Prior to that, I led a team of travel reservation agents for a hotel booking site. I also put in work as I was also a reservation agent until my promotion. I was awarded Employee of the Month for the month of July and September in 2017. I was also a trainer and it was a fun experience. The most that I trained was 70 people when a flower delivery company was ramping up for Mother's Day. The awards that I have during my training days are the following: Top Language Trainer of the Month for July, August, and September 2015; Language Trainer of the Year 2015; Top Trainer of the Quarter II and III 2015; and a special award called "Battle of MDAY Ramp 2016". I also did marketing for a culinary school but it was a very short stint and digital ads weren't a thing at the time.
