I have been working since 2006. I worked as Quality assurance inspector in a manufacturing company for 6 months. Then, I worked as an outbound telemarketer in a Credit Card Company for 2 years. After that, I worked as a technical support in accounting software for another 2 years. I am currently working as a support group lead in a Canadian accounting and POS software for 6 years and counting.
I am proud to say that I am proficient in the accounting issues of Quickbooks and System five Accounting software, customer handling, customer satisfaction, Microsoft Office, Payroll, Audit, Appointment setting, telemarketing, bookkeeping, CMS, and CRM.
I also have basic knowledge and a background in Visual Basic, HTML, PHP and C++.
In line with this, I was awarded and was commended on customer satisfaction, top-agent, loyalty, and Best Group Lead.2
On the other hand, I enjoy reading books, cleaning the house and making poems during my free time.
