As a doctorate in Business Administration with more than 10 years of experience in quantitative research, I can achieve any objective on time and with excellence.
Within the scope of my doctoral thesis, I have conducted numerous research projects. In doing so, I personally carried out all stages of the research process, gaining extensive experience in survey design, data collection, data mining and data analysis. In addition, as part of my work at the department of Human Resource Management and Organization studies at Trier University, I managed and coordinated several large-scale research projects that involved the collection and analysis of large data sets.
My strong data analysis skills are proven in that I have been invited to several international conferences to present my research (e.g. Academy of Management, Academy of International Business, European Academy of Management, etc.). In addition, my research is published in internationally recognized scientific journals (e.g. Journal of Global Mobility) and I have received various grants and awards for my sound data science skills (e.g. awards from the Academy of International Business Doctoral Stipend Program and the German Academic Exchange Service).
I am confident that my experiences as well as my skills make me an excellent candidate for all tasks requiring any type of data analysis.
