I have worked in the BPO and Customer Service industry for over 12 years with experience in providing excellent customer service in the healthcare, mortgage, banking and mobile app industries. I have worked as a phone agent for the first 7 years and have transitioned to both phone agent and back office/e-mail role in the last 5. My experience in this industry has enabled my development of competent English communication skills both spoken and written and I have been trained in using different systems and applications allowing me to easily adapt and learn new processes and procedures. I excel at doing research work and e-mail composition as I have an extensive background in finding solutions to customer inquiries and sending detailed responses via e-mail. I have worked primarily as part of a group and I am also able to work on my own if needed while producing the same output. I am able to work with less supervision, can multitask effectively, a great problem solver and I organize the workload for maximum efficiency.
