I bring 35 years of re/insurance leadership market experience. I have worked in all major re/insurance domiciles and with all P&C re/insurance classes of business. My underwriting market track record is outperforming. I have been the founder of my last two firms. I have been a member of the board of directors for my last three firms. I have been a member of the executive management committee of my last four firms. As a key person, I have been deemed fit and proper by the Swiss, British and Bermuda regulators.

My passion focuses on helping businesses grow. I can create business strategies and sense check others. This is particularly important for an Insurtech. If a business has lost its way, then I will work with the management of that firm to re-engineer what is causing the underperformance. I am highly collaborative and transparent. I believe in teamwork and empowering people to act for the benefit of the project. I am a champion of cost control and work with management to reduce costs without a loss of staff morale.

I have acted as an expert witness for both plaintiff and defendant where that dispute involved insurance. My expert opinion has featured in prominent Covid-19 insurance disputes in the UK and Ireland.
