I am a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant, based in Nairobi, Kenya, with a passion for providing administrative support, managing emails, scheduling, and maintaining social media. Regarding experience, I have worked in various fields that have sharpened my skills in virtual assistance. Some of the working experiences include:

  • Vibe with Jey YouTube channel

Since June 2024, I have been working with the owner of the "Vibe with Jey" YouTube channel, a channel popular for its range of music mixes, and my task has been to create thumbnails for the YouTube videos.

  • Cyber cafe supervisor

At Gamebox Cyber, a local cyber cafe, I was tasked with providing cyber services, including printing, scanning, completing online forms, creating posters and banners, and typing data into Microsoft Word. I also acted as the salesperson and was tasked with selling various electronics and bookkeeping for the business. I worked there from 2015 to 2024.

  • Jumia

I joined Jumia in 2013 and worked as a sales representative and product photographer for a year. My main task was taking product photos for new clients and pitching the Jumia brand to potential clients. The job helped me with my sales and interpersonal skills.

I have also taken a variety of courses on Alison to improve myself and to better understand the various fields of employment. Some of the courses include:
