With over a year and a half of hands-on experience providing technical support to end users, combined with three years of teaching IT science in schools, I bring a strong mix of technical knowledge and communication skills that make me a great fit for this role. In my previous support role, I was responsible for resolving a wide range of IT issues, from hardware and software troubleshooting to user account management and remote assistance. I’ve learned how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly with users of all technical levels, and solve problems efficiently. As an IT teacher, I developed the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way, adapt to different learning styles, and foster a positive, solution-oriented mindset—skills that translate perfectly into providing outstanding service desk support.
