As a Freelance Customer Service Representative and Virtual Assistant, I manage high volumes of tickets, emails, and chats daily using tools like Zendesk and Freshdesk. I’ve handled 50+ tickets weekly while maintaining strong first response performance, I reduce response time by improving workflows, and support customers across calls, emails, and chat. I take pride in staying calm under pressure, resolving issues efficiently, and making sure every client feels heard and valued. Accuracy and confidentiality are also important to me whether I’m processing applications, managing invoices, or maintaining customer records.

Before transitioning fully into remote support, I worked as a Sales Executive where I increased monthly revenue through proactive engagement, follow ups, and upselling strategies. I improved customer retention, managed hundreds of client records, and collaborated with internal teams to reduce delays and improve overall service delivery.

I’m comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Apollo, ClickUp, Zapier, and Slack, and I adapt quickly to new tools. My background in Human Physiology has also shaped my attention to detail and structured problem solving approach.
