Penny Seale

Penny has more than 20 years communications and public affairs strategy experience. She began her career as a writer and journalist but transitioned to the corporate world as a public affairs consultant with AT&T Oklahoma. There she assisted a 12-member external affairs team with legislative, regulatory and public relations issues, providing strategy, messaging and media relations for the company and team members throughout the state. 

Penny served as Public Information Officer and Legislative Liaison for Oklahoma County District 2, giving her an intimate knowledge of county government, emergency response, and working with elected officials. 

She then took her skills Oklahoma’s energy sector, managing strategic communications for Oklahoma Gas and Electric’s Smart Grid program. She helped launch the company’s social media efforts and developed Smart Grid customer outreach programs. Penny was responsible for communicating with all stakeholders, including customers, employees, elected officials, and local, trade and national media.  

Currently, Penny provides strategic communications and social media consulting services to corporations, nonprofits and political entities. Including her public policy and political strategy experience, she brings an intimate knowledge of Oklahoma’s largest industries to the team. She excels at creating earned media campaigns and has built strong relationships with the media in Oklahoma City and throughout the state that result in consistent, informed coverage.
