I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) sales and operations professional with over six years of experience working in the legal field, particularly in the immigration law sector. My career began humbly as a front-desk receptionist, where I learned the value of listening, timing, and handling emotionally intense client interactions with empathy. From there, I worked my way up to appointment setter (opener) and ultimately became a high-converting closer — guiding clients from their first point of contact through to legal commitment with clarity and care.

Most recently, I played a key leadership role at a U.S.-based immigration law firm where I helped grow the sales team, opened a new office in Cancún, and led the implementation of digital tools like ClickUp, MyCase, Fireflies, and 8x8 to streamline operations and improve team performance.
