I have a diverse background. Ranging from program development/implementation to strengthening community relationships with local leaders. All of which grasp the art of customer support. As an addition, I possess three years’ experience in the e-commerce and marketing industry. I will also, like to boast about being an individual who is enthusiastic about learning new concepts, as well as having the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
I am Hispanic and fluent in both English and Spanish. I do have extensive interpretation and translation experience. My interpretation experience ranges from medical, public, and law environments. Translation experiences include policies and procedures, to general documents.
