I am an expert Manager since long and I dedicated my professional career to management positions, including managing of client projects software projects, deployment projects and QA monitoring activities. All the experience acquired provided me the right skills development on managing clients, managing internal teams, and keeping the teams focused on the organization's goals. I have the Master Business and Administration degree, the Project Management Institute (PMI) professionally certification, plus a postgraduate in Project Management. Also I have ITIL Foundation certification.
