• Collaborated with the Workplace Programme Coordinator in managing workshop bookings, moderating workshops, and
gathering testimonials and best practices from Irish workplaces. Responsible for collecting facilitator debrief forms to gather
valuable feedback from workplaces that had been committed to the See Change in the Workplace Pledge, promoting an open
culture around mental health for managers and employees.
• Provided essential operational and strategic support to the Programme & Grants Officer, Programme Manager, and Advocacy
& Inclusion Advisory Manager responsible for leading CBM Ireland's grant-funded programs in Kenya, Zimbabwe, and
Madagascar. Thissupport encompassed tasks such as proofreading, editing, and reviewing reports, as well as maintaining and
updating filing systems.
• Actively contributed to the adoption of best practices in program development at CBM Ireland by ensuring the seamless
integration of disability-inclusive development and humanitarian principles and practices. This involved incorporating these
principles into project design, implementation strategies, theories of change, results frameworks, and work plans, ultimately
enhancing the effectiveness andinclusivity of the programs.
Key Achievements
• Managed and maintained the Green Ribbons Pre-Order List, facilitating the distribution of over 600,000 green ribbon orders
nationwide to various campaign partners, supporters (National Office for Suicide Prevention), community groups, partner
organizations (Mental Health Ireland), and individuals who participated in the 2022 campaign.
• Assisted the See Change Team leader and Communications Officer in the planning, organization, and execution of two
successful Green Ribbon Campaign launches in Dublin and Cork. Additionally, coordinated four themed weekly events
throughout the campaign, with acombined attendance of 500 participants. These events engaged a diverse range of
individuals, including young people, community mental health nurses, academic researchers, and volunteers. The themes
covered important topics such as understanding mental health shame, its manifestations, the emotional experience of
shame, the behavioral effects of shame, and highlighting the antidote to shame during the "A Week to See Change" event.
• Co-chaired the 2022 Irish Global Health Network Conference Parallel Session on "Social Inclusion and Marginalization - Child
and Adolescent Health" alongside Pamela Molina, Executive Director of the World Federation of the Deaf.
• Took the lead in drafting Ireland's Civil Society Partnership (ICSP) for A Better World- Global Citizenship Education
programproposal section for CBM Ireland. Formulated and populated subsections including Context and Supporting Analysis,
Theory of Change, Targeting, Partnerships, Programme Approach, Capacity, and Results Framework. Additionally, I
meticulously recorded the relevant OECD DAC codes and policy marker information for each outcome in the ICSP grant
application.
• Provided valuable information on donors and their priorities to the Programme Manager and CEO. Conducted additional desk
research for major proposals and offered guidance on new funding opportunities, such as the European Commission's- thematic Multi-Annual Indicative Programmes (MIPs).
• Assisted the Programmes & Grants team in developing and drafting results-based funding applications and proposals for key

(ICD) 2020 Campaign Commemorations in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. The event targeted adolescents, young people, and key
populations, engaging 1250 participants, including youth with disabilities. The campaign provided mobile HIV testing services,
resulting in 224 individuals getting tested. Additionally, a total of 23,290 male condoms and 1,120 female condoms were
distributed during the event.
• Generated a comprehensive activity budget for the ICD campaign, detailing the required services and goods. I took the
initiative in program procurement by preparing payment requisitions and supporting documents. Ensured timely follow-up on
payments for goods and services. Before the functions, conducted inspections of travel itineraries and workshop venues,
ensuring they met the necessarystandards. Also, efficiently arranged and managed transport and meal payments for
participants.
• Supported the Head of Programme in developing a comprehensive concept note and logistics plan for a 5-day training. The
training aimed to enhance the capacity of 30 Peer Educators (in- & out-of-school) to effectively address SRHR issues among
young people, including those with disabilities. The training empowered Peer Educators to engage peers, service providers,
parents, and gatekeepers.
• Assisted the Senior Programme Officer in organizing and executing a successful Regional Learning and Sharing Symposium for
an IrishAid-funded project. Took the lead in generating an activity concept note with a detailed budget, initiating procurement
processes, andensuring timely payments. Conducted thorough inspections of travel itineraries and the workshop venue to
guarantee smooth operations. Additionally, managed participant logistics, including transportation and meal arrangements.
