About

I am a dynamic, results-driven Operations and Project Management Professional with over 7 years of cross-border experience supporting international development, governance, and digital transformation projects. My career spans policy consulting, remote project administration, stakeholder coordination, and higher education instruction—with a consistent track record of delivering 80%+ of outputs ahead of schedule, driving operational efficiency, and championing inclusive development.

I currently serve as a Policy Consultant at Todaers (Togo), where I support the design, monitoring, and evaluation of public policy frameworks centered on sustainable development, youth empowerment, gender equity, and disability inclusion. In this role, I apply a mix of human-centered design and strategic planning to ensure policies are responsive, inclusive, and data-driven.

Alongside this, I am a Project Administrator managing development programs in South Africa and Egypt, where I coordinate multicultural, remote teams, manage documentation, logistics, and reporting, and facilitate communications across stakeholders, funders, and implementing partners.

I lecture in Public Administration and Business Studies at MANCOSA (South Africa), helping students build competencies in governance, strategic leadership, and policy analysis. As a Deaconess in the Marketing Department of RPSM Church, I also lead quarterly performance reporting, digital content planning, and community outreach campaigns.

My core skill set includes Project Coordination & Virtual Team Management, Policy Analysis & Strategic Planning, Marketing & Communication Reporting, Academic Instruction & Capacity Building, Administrative & Logistical Support, and Stakeholder Engagement & Inclusive Program Design.

I am proficient in a range of digital tools, including Trello, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Notion.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s in Finance (NUST) and a Master’s in Public Administration (UKZN). I am currently pursuing two PhDs—one in Public Administration (UKZN) and another in AI & Information Management (Arctis University, Spain).

I am actively seeking remote roles in operations support, project coordination, virtual assistance, or marketing coordination where I can apply my organizational strengths, digital fluency, and global insights to deliver value to mission-driven teams.
