I have been working in the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur – Cultural Development Office since 2014. I am presently working as a back office assistant wherein I worked with the department head support for promotions and other materials. I am also tasked to handle the schedule for appointments and meetings. I also performed administrative duties including faxing, filing and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
During my 2 years of working as an Office Staff in Business Consultancy and Bookkeeping, I worked with the supported clients through personal document management, prepare present financial statements and mail out invoices and also assist with processing payments.
I am proud to say that I have skills and well knowledgeable I am also well-versed with Google Docs, MS office applications, Canva, and clickup. And also I have developed a strong research skill. I am certain that I am comfortable in customer handling tasks ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
