I’m Pauline Phiona Anyango, a Health Records and Information Officer with over three years of hands-on experience in health data management, research support, and community-based health programs. I specialize in maintaining accurate medical records, supporting project monitoring, and helping organizations make data-driven decisions in clinical and public health settings.
I’ve worked with digital health platforms like KenyaEMR, OpenMRS, REDCap, and ODK-X to streamline data collection and reporting processes. My work has contributed to improved patient outcomes and program efficiency. At Hamptons Hospital, I helped reorganize the records department, which reduced waiting times and improved service delivery.
In addition to technical roles, I’ve supported administrative functions, coordinated meetings, and maintained compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards. I’ve also presented research at international conferences and have a background in mentoring adolescents living with HIV through community outreach and education.
I’m passionate about using data and technology to strengthen health systems and am committed to delivering quality work, whether on-site or remotely.
