I am 33 years old and seeking an opportunity to work at home, been in the call center industry for 11 years, first call center experience where I worked for 3 years was as a telemarketer/ appointment setter currently I am still employed with iqor, been working there for almost 8 years, i started from being a jr agent, then an agent, then a sr. agent, then a specialist and was offered to become a quality analyst / auditor which I gladly accept, after that I was promoted as a team leader then was promoted again as a supervisor, I've been handling a team now for more than 2 years, during this period, I have learn much, I learned the value of teamwork and commitment, how to win, how to work hard, how to concentrate and focus on goals and how to balance my time and priorities
