the number of finalized proposals by 45%;
▪ Improved collections techniques with campaigns and conditions to avoid the permanent

discounts on the credit card fee due to the use of the bank's other products;

▪ Within the Finance structure, I participated in a pioneering project to develop a global
system for generating regulatory reports, being one of those responsible for mapping local
processes, and generating requirements for the development of system rules. I
coordinated the various cycles of tests and validations with the teams until final acceptance
of the system by the CFO Brazil;
▪ Coordinated a team with members in Brazil and the USA and we were responsible for
stabilizing and improving the data acquisition process, proposing improvements in the
source systems, in an initiative called Data Integrity, which had more than 25 projects in
its portfolio and a budget of $ 5MM;
▪ In the Cash Management area, I was responsible for the design and implementation of
cash solutions for large international customers such as Apple, United Airlines, Mc
Donald´s, and Siemens. Supported the Sales team by providing product information during
the negotiation phase and, once the deal was signed, worked with customers,
understanding the particular needs of each operation and adapting our products, or often
developing new solutions. There were weekly calls to monitor the project, coordinating
the technical team, and reporting to the Regional in Miami.
