Paula Hourneaux Carvalho

Technology professional, specialized in solutions design and product management, with 20 years of experience in large financial services companies. I have worked on projects in areas like finance, credit, collection, call center, and CRM and designed products for customers from the most diverse sectors, such as food, banking, airlines, pharmaceutical, technology and, travel.

Graduated in Information Technology in 1999 from Mackenize University and MBA in Business Management from FGV in 2012, in 2018 I was certified as a SAFe Agilist with a focus on product portfolio management, based on Lean and Agile methodologies. I have expertise in JIRA and Confluence applications.

In November/20 I start at EDIT/Lisbon a specialization in Digital Product Design & Management. I am fluent in English and available for travel.
