Paul Roevens

My interest and targeted activities focus on the future of work, talent (re)sourcing, the GIG economy, near- and offshoring, outsourcing services, collaboration, alliances and working/labour ecosystems.

I mostly bring these to market based on my own experiences and lessons learned from the past, helped by a series of frameworks and own and/or others research. I consider it normal to working together with partners and/or in an alliance model.

I’ve held permanent and interim and/or freelance positions at large service corporations, SME’s including start-ups as well as non-profits.

I love to compensate my busy working time with long-distance running, cycling, walking and I enjoy watching sports in general. Baseball is the family’s most favourite pastime.

One of my main credo’s is to not the invent the wheel twice. I further live by the 3 F’s: family, fun and freedom and I am strong believer of life-long learning. Thereby all what is addressing learning and development, including mentoring organisations and persons gets my attention.

I am currently focusing on creating associations and ecosystems for new ways of working based on another credo which I value highly: keeping things simple.
