Responsible for analytical and business requirement services in support of the largest business line within
Prudential Retirement. Built out and managed a team of 9 business analysts. Implemented a new and
improved enhancement request and prioritization program to permit clear understanding of how to request
work, and why it was being executed. Annual technology enhancement budget responsibility of $2.5M.
Partnered with Technology and Business Teams to introduce multiple improvements to the overall
request and development process, resulting in a clearer and more efficient interaction.
Created and executed a capacity management approach to insure the team had the appropriate number
and skill set of resources to support the request demand.

automated work flow solution platform within Prudential Retirement (aka STARS). Managed a team of
20 analysts, tech leads and developers. Implemented a new work stream approach which provided
focused resource support to each business area with respect to clarification of requirements, prioritization,
and solution design. Executed release management for the STARS platform, including scope
determination, prioritization and coordination of all the SDLC activities.

Integral member of the leadership team which planned and executed a multi-year program to introduce a
new automated work flow solution, which resulted in the implementation of over 85 processes, and the
