I am a strong leader and communicator whose most significant skill is my ability to liaison between business and technology teams, providing the “glue” to make sure technology truly understands what is needed by the business, and the business truly understands what solutions can be delivered.

• Successfully implemented application development and enterprise software projects at companies in various industries, including Financial Services, Insurance, and Manufacturing. 
• Analyzed client needs, transformed them into business requirements, reengineered business processes to improve workflows, and aligned technology with enterprise business goals.
• Built and led teams, and created and maintained a flexible capacity model, including vendor management activities.
• Collaborated with diverse stakeholders at all levels to build cross-functional relationships, cultivate trust, facilitate consensus, and consistently deliver quality results on time and within budget.
