Over the years, I’ve built a solid foundation in customer service, administrative support, and healthcare documentation. One of the most formative roles I’ve held was at Concentrix – YOOX NET-A-PORTER, where I worked as a Customer Advisor. There, I handled both voice and email support for a global clientele. It was a fast-paced environment that really honed my communication and problem-solving skills. I learned to stay calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and consistently represent the brand with professionalism.
More recently, I worked at iFive – Releasepoint as an Invoice Due Specialist, where I focused on medical record processing in strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines. That role sharpened my attention to detail and gave me a deeper understanding of the importance of confidentiality and accuracy in healthcare-related work.
Prior to that, I was with Pioneer Digital Agency, handling a variety of administrative tasks—from managing internal schedules and communication, to supporting social media initiatives.
