I currently work for a contracting company as a customer service agent for a year now, I already handle high volume calls using Nice CXone phones and custom tailored ticketing system , also picked a course to train CRM tools, and personally the best part about customer service role is getting those closing call feedbacks from customers like “Thank you, you were very helpful” , mean the most to me , happy to do it anytime 

I believe I connect with people easily and then when it is for customer satisfaction, I tend to enjoy every bit of being helpful especially in resolving situations or issue that may be minimal or even trivial, I would say I have a knack for feeling very helpful.

While I may not have all the skills needed at first, I do not believe a little ignorance on a subject or skill is limitation for maximum performance as I believe in active learning and growing into one’s role. In over 1 year, I have conveniently adapted to custom based CRM tools and phones to grow my experience and professionalism in the role while consistently maintaining good call handling rating and adherence. I truly believe this will be a good start to continue growing into something better
